It takes many hours to develop a car event. Establishing and securing your location, promoting the event, establishing the various classes, making show fliers, preparing the many forms, contracting food vendors, organizing sound equipment, and staffing concerns are but a few areas needing development. The larger the event, the more areas there are which need development. Even after many hours of work, rain or other uncontrollable factors can greatly impact your event even if it is an indoors location.
